We went to Las Vegas, via St, George Utah. We went to the temple visitor's center and that was wonderful, We also went to the Tuacahn and watched the performance of Grease. It was good. We really enjoyed it. We then spent a few days in Vegas. Did some school shopping for Brian (his school has a dress code, no basketball shorts and shirts must have a collar, so as you can imagine, he needed a few things!) Then on Tuesday we flew to Long Beach California for the day (thank you jetBlue and free flight benefits!). We went to Seal Beach, then down by the Aquarium. We saw the Queen Elizabeth ship and walked around the harbor. On Wednesday we went back to St. George and watched Little Mermaid at the Tuacahn. It was fantabulous!!!! Thursday we went to Hoover Dam. That was amazaing! On Friday we lounged around the pool and in the condo, and came home on Saturday.
It was a fun trip and we all needed it. I am so glad that we went, but there really is no place like home!
The only thing missing from this trip was Robert! Today he is 2/3 done with his mission. I can't believe that he has been gone 16 months today! Only 8 more to go!!
