FOOTBALL AND CARNIVAL'S

This year for Brian's fine art's class he is on the yearbook staff.
He is really liking the class so far
and his first assignment was to take a few pictures
at the annual Westridge Carnival.
Here are just a few of the pictures that he took.
Ms Rawlins (his 5th grade teacher)
fun with the dunking booth....
And his friend Maddox enjoying some watermelon
while Zach makes some funny faces.

The kids really had a fun time at the carnival.
This is the first year since 1998 that we haven't gone.
Brian had to help set up and was going to be
working in the food booth, so we just let him go on his own
and enjoy the afternoon/evening with
his friends and classmates.
The joys of having a kid old enough to take care of himself!

We have also enjoyed going to Brian's football games.
It has been neat to see him get better and
to enjoy the game more.
Robert told him that it would be a lot of hard
work but to just stick to it, and he has!
Even through the hurt elbows, bruises, etc.

Here is the team picture with all the coaches and players

What looks familiar about these two pictures?
Two Bona's and two #47

Brian really wanted to have Robert's number, and he got it!
It's been a great season....So far the PHS Bulldogs 6th grade team in 2-1
and hopefully they'll keep playing as well as they have up to this point.
We love the Wednesday night lights....
